Interested in learning a new sport? Netball is the one for you! Roxy (a Netball player since 9 years old) will introduce us to the basic skills and rules of the upcoming team ball sport in Europe, which is fast-paced, tactical and requires true team work! 
Historically played mostly in the Commonwealth Nations, and originating from England, Netball is slowly rising in popularity outwith the traditional homes of this dynamic sport - Switzerland’s international team is rising in the ranks and Belgium, Denmark, Norway and Sweden are on track to hit the international level soon. So let’s kick start the Austrian team right here in Graz!

All you will need is workout clothing and trainers (with as much ankle support as possible!), along with the enthusiasm to get to grips with this sometimes demanding, but always enjoyable sport!

This workshop will mostly be in English, but plenty of German speakers are coming...and we hope many other languages too!

As always, all ages and genders welcome.
