#3 | Workout with Reem

For the first ever fitness & health orientated workshop of the project, Reem (our qualified personal trainer) introduced us all to a simple fitness routine which required only motivation!  In the early evening of Sunday, April 19th, we took to the Passamtswiese under the spring sun and got to know each other whilst treating our bodies and minds to a thorough work out.  Both beginners and the more advanced came together, supported each other and sweated out all of our worries, ready to begin a new week completely fresh and motivated.  New friendships were solidified over shared oranges and water as we relaxed afterwards in the finals rays of Sunday sunshine, and came to the conclusion that this should happen every week - and so, it will!  You can find Reem on the Passamtswiese every Sunday (in good weather) from 5-6pm, waiting for you to join - we hope we see you there!

A brand new facebook group has been created to continue building on the new friendships and community > here <, you'll have direct access to Reem to give feedback, ask for tips, or simply just to chat with everyone you meet on these not-so-lazy Sundays!
